The delivery methods and costs and other information is visible on the product page and in more detail in the shopping basket.
The best way is to order at least EUR 40 worth of products at a time because in that case delivery across Estonia is FREE OF CHARGE.
For regular mail and courier deliveries we provide customers with a tracking code which allows them to monitor the movement of their order. For parcel terminal deliveries we will not provide a tracking code.
Dispatch, monitoring and collection of delivery
Post offices and parcel terminals
Uncollected parcels are stored:
- at post offices for two weeks.
- at parcel terminals for one week.
If the customer has not collected his parcel within this storage period, the parcels will be returned to the consignor!
If the order has been paid for on the day it was placed, the goods will normally be dispatched on the following business day.
Depending on the average time of delivery to the destination country, we ask you to monitor the location of the parcel by means of the tracking number.
We recommend that you contact the local post office, if the delivery period is longer than usual or if according to the tracking number the parcel has arrived but you have not received a delivery notice.

Post office– the ordered goods are shipped to the nearest post office, the customer receives a delivery notice and needs to collect the goods from the post office.

Parcel terminal – the ordered goods are delivered to the parcel terminal chosen by the customer, the customer receives a delivery notice accompanied by the door code and needs to collect the goods from the terminal.

Courier service – the courier service provider contacts the customer and delivers the parcel to the customer's doorstep.

Customs duties – customs duties are imposed pursuant to national regulations and added to the acquisition cost. All countries outside the EU charge customs duties. The customs duties are payable by the customer.
